Mr. Yingbin Ian He
Non-Executive Chairman
Mr. Yingbin Ian He has over 30 years of experience in mining industry. He is lead director of China Gold International Resources, and director of SouthGobi Resources Inc. both of which are dual listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange and Hong Kong Stock Exchange. Mr. He served as president and director of Spur Ventures Inc. listed on the TSX Venture Exchange in Canada between 1995 and 2006, a director of Zhongrun Resources Investment Corp. listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange between 2010 and 2018, and General Manager from 2003 to 2006 and from 2011 to 2017 of Yichang Mapleleaf Chemicals Inc., a phosphate rock mining and fertilizer manufacturing company. In his early career Mr. He worked as a mineral processing engineer and senior metallurgist with Canadian mining companies and engineering consulting company. Mr. He obtained his PhD degree in mineral process engineering from the University of British Columbia in Canada.
Mr. Debao Mao
Non-Executive Director
Mr. Mao has over 30 years of extensive experience in mineral exploration and mining industry. From 2007 to 2017, Mr. Mao served as Chief Geologist and Vice President of China Railway Resources Group Ltd. in charge of company’s investment and acquisition, exploration, and public market listing. He led successful acquisition of several large-scale mining projects. Between 1990 and 2007, Mr. Mao worked at Tianjin Institute of Geology and Mineral Resources as an Associate Research Fellow in 1995 and Research Fellow in 2000. His research focused on gold metallogenic mechanism and exploration methods. Mr. Mao obtain his PhD degree in geology from China University of Geosciences (Beijing).
Mr. Zhenchuan Li

Mr. Zhenchuan Li has over 30 years of experience in mining industry. He served as Director and General Manager of Zhongrun Resources Investment Corp. listed on Shenzhen Stock Exchange from 2013 to 2019. Prior to that, Mr. Li joined Shandong Gold Industrial Corporation consecutively as Deputy Chairman of Shandong Gold Xinyi Jewelry Co. a subsidiary of Shandong Gold in 1998, as General Manager of Shandong Gold Group Mining Development Co. in 2005, as General Manager of Gold Resources Development Co., Ltd in 2009, and as Chairman of Shandong Gold Mineral Resources Group Co. in 2012. Mr. Li obtain his bachelor of engineering degree in mining from Shandong Institute of Chemical Engineering.
Ms. Yuhua Zhu
Non-Executive Director
Ms. Zhu joined Jiangsu Haijian International Economic & Technology Cooperation Group in 2017 as a Senior Budgeting Eengineer. Between 2005 and 2017, Ms. Zhu worked for the Jiangsu Taizhou City government’s Residential District Administration Office, and later, Tertiary Industry Administration Office. Prior to that, Ms. Zhu worked Jiangsu at Taizhou Construction Industrial Corporation as an engineer from 1996 to 2005. Ms. Zhu graduated from the Department of Civil Engineering, Nanjing Institute of Building Engineering (now Southeast University).
